Disputes & Refund Policy
At Paperza, we are committed to our people. We want both buyers and freelancers to feel completely secure.
1. Easy Refunds
If a freelancer fails to deliver the agreed-upon academic services, or if the delivered work severely violates our academic integrity guidelines, buyers are entitled to a full and easy refund.
2. Dispute Resolution
If a disagreement arises between a buyer and a freelancer regarding the quality or scope of work, either party can open a dispute. Our dedicated academic support team will review the initial gig requirements, the chat history, and the delivered work to mediate a fair resolution.
3. Cancelled Orders
Orders can be cancelled by mutual agreement at any time before delivery. Once an order is cancelled, funds are returned to the buyer's original payment method within 3-5 business days.
