2-Strike Policy
Paperza CAPS (Anti-Leak Protection)
To protect clients and freelancers from external payment scams and fraud, Paperza CAPS automatically monitors chat messages. Sharing external contact details (WhatsApp, Telegram, personal email, phone numbers, or direct bank accounts) is strictly prohibited.
Strike 1: System blocks the prohibited message and issues an official warning strike on your account.
Strike 2: Account chat privileges are automatically suspended. Escrow funds and files are kept secure.
Escrow Security: Transactions conducted outside Paperza lose all fraud protection and refund rights.
